A certified NASM personal trainer with a lifelong passion for movement and performance, he’s competed in martial arts, soccer, and snowboarding. Through years of training, Henry has gained not only knowledge but also firsthand experience in using physical discipline to build confidence and clarity. His mission is to help others do the same — whether you’re just starting out or pushing to reach the next level.

Behind the scenes, Belen helps bring it all together. She manages the website, scheduling, and organization, making sure everything runs smoothly and with purpose. From planning sessions to keeping our system easy to use, she ensures the day-to-day flows seamlessly so clients can focus fully on their progress. Her role is essential to keeping HatchenU moving forward.
